Are there any special instructions for burning a candle with a wooden wick? Yes and no. You don’t need any special abilities to light it and enjoy the soft crackling sound, but there are several things you should remember. When relighting the candle, it is very important to shorten the wooden wick by simply breaking off the charred part which otherwise might impede the candle’s smooth burning. You should break of about 5-8 mm of the wick to remove the whole charred part. Failing to do that, you will notice that the candle smudges or simply goes off, which can be easily avoided by removing the charred part. The wooden wick burns a lot “cleaner” than other conventional wicks, it does not fume, but only if it is tended properly, the wick is shortened, and the fallen ash is removed from the jar before relighting the candle.

The Loyalty Points are valid for 365 days.

Loyalty Points can only be used by their holder, who cannot transfer these points to another person.

If you delete your account on the web store smellslikespells.com and its language versions smellslikespells.com/lt and smellslikespells.com/fr, which collect and systematize data about the Loyalty Points, the Loyalty Points will be deleted together with the account information.

Although this doesn’t always happen, international orders can incur VAT (Value Added Tax) and Import Duties (tax on importation) as determined by the Customs Agency within the destination country.
