Yes, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return good-quality products within 15 days of receipt. However, products like home-fragrances, incense, and customized items cannot be returned if it was unpack from the original packaging.
We do not accept returns of home fragrances, incense, or products made to order or tailored to your personal specifications.

Only items purchased through the SMELLS LIKE SPELLS online store are eligible for return via the return process described. For in-store purchases, please return the items directly to the store of purchase.
Yes, we will refund the full purchase price and initial delivery charges if you return the product within 15 days and it is in perfect condition. Return shipping is not refundable unless the item is faulty.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method you used for your order. If you paid by bank transfer, please allow up to 7 business days for funds to appear in your account.

A refund can only be made to the card used to pay for the order. An item that you received as a gift cannot be refunded, but it can be refunded to the person who made the purchase.
