FREE SHIPPING
If your magic shopping cart value will be over 150 EUR, your magic gifts will be delivered worldwide for free by UPS, DHL or FedEx signed and trackable services.
If your magic shopping cart value will be over 50 EUR, your magic gifts will be delivered for free within Baltics. Please do not forget to select free shipping.
WORLDWIDE
If your magic shopping cart value will be over 150 euro, your magic presents will be delivered for free by DHL, UPS or FedEx worldwide.
We are proud we can deliver your magic gifts worldwide for only 10 euro. Usually it takes approximately 5-7 working days for parcel to be delivered by UPS | DHL | FedEx.
An additional Dangerous Goods surcharge of 25 euros will be applied to orders shipped to North America, South America, Asia, and Oceania if your cart contains perfumed home sprays or fragrance diffusers.

Yes, absolutely! During checkout, you can enter a different shipping address from your billing address—perfect if you’re sending a gift. If you’d like us to include a special note or exclude the invoice from the package, just leave your message in the order notes, and we’ll take care of the rest.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number on the carrier’s website (such as UPS, DHL, or FedEx) to see the current status and location of your package. If you have any questions or need help tracking your order, feel free to contact our customer support team.
If the tracking of your package indicates that it has been delivered but you have not yet received it, please contact us and and we will open an investigation with our carrier to quickly locate your package and offer you a customized solution.
If a product is missing from your package, we invite you to contact us. We will ask you to send photos of the package and provide some additional information about the purchased and delivered goods or parcel. You will then be offered to send the missing product to you or to reimburse you.
If you have been delivered the wrong item, we invite you to contact us. We will ask you to send photos of the package and some additional order information. You will then be able to request a refund and / or to receive the replacement. Together with our team the best solution and offer will be found.
No additional taxes or customs duties are charged for items that are shipped within the European Union. The prices and shipping costs include VAT and are thus listed as gross prices.
Although this doesn’t always happen, international orders can incur VAT (Value Added Tax) and Import Duties (tax on importation) as determined by the Customs Agency within the destination country.
Assessment of duties and taxes is based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold for goods imported into the destination country.
