We created this collection of hand-made candles based on the 22 cards of the Major Arcana of the Tarot deck (Latin arcānus – mystery). These 22 cards can be interpreted as a person’s spiritual path from birth to perfection.
The candle marked with number 13 of the Major Arcana – Death. The Death in the Tarot deck is not related to physical death. It is the archetype of change, transformation and metamorphosis, it marks the end of one period or quality and brings a promise of rebirth, resurrection of a higher level or quality. A person most often faces change as a great challenge or event tragedy, a disturbance of the natural flow of life, and not as an opportunity to grow and expand. That’s why the archetype of Death often seems menacing. When one grasps the necessity of constant change, the archetype of Death becomes even pleasant and inspiring. After all, the absence of change never brings any good. Even the darkest night is replaced by morning.

Description
The magic fragrance of this candle is based on old customs, traditions and the belief that every plant or aroma has its own magical purpose. It is like a witch recipe, where each plant and its aroma have a very important aromatherapy and magic function. The main notes supplement each other with aromatherapy properties and create a high-end fragrance pyramid where each scent has its place in harmony with other aromas.
Juniper berries: Since ancient times juniper has been used to protect from and ward off evil spirits. It protects the aura form aggression, helps to quickly find a proper way from any difficult situation. It also helps to avoid self-projected destructive irritation, gain the deserved authority, and develops such qualities as nobleness, grace, etc.
Pine: the aroma of pine might be useful in reducing mental, physical and sexual frustration, helps to purify the air. It has a positive effect on the nervous system, eases symptoms of neuralgia and stress, improves mental activity. The aroma of pine boosts self confidence and the ability to make right decisions.
Lavender: ancient Greeks and Romans highly valued lavender for its aromatic and cleansing properties, and used it to prepare soothing baths. The energy of the essential oil helps to know and understand oneself, restores strength and is suitable for meditations. It ensures thorough energetic relaxation, also reduces aggression, helps to avoid envy and jealousy.
Rosemary: in tradition magical rituals of various nations rosemary is used for warding off evil spirits, cleansing energy fields and fighting negative influence of surroundings.
Lemongrass: the aroma of lemongrass is similar to lemon, but at the same time it is sweeter and gentler, less sour. This oil has pain-killing, soothing, antibacterial, antiseptic and energizing qualities. Lemongrass oil has a positive calming effect on the nervous system, improves memory and helps to concentrate. It also helps with successful adaptation and living in new conditions, with new people, strengthens life goals, boosts creativity at work and at home. It also helps to overcome difficult situations.
Lily of the valley: in ritual magic, lily of the valley was used for inducing consciousness, calmness, positivity, as well as for driving away depressive thoughts and attracting luck. Although lily of the valley is an extremely poisonous and potentially even deadly plant, since ancient times it was believed to have been favored by fairies and elves and symbolized innocence and spiritual purity, spiritual renewal and rebirth.
